The partners of JANŠ
Jordi Bakker
Chartered accountant
Jordi began working for one of the legal predecessors of JANŠ in an apprenticeship in 1997. After having operated his own accounting business in 2005 and 2006, Jordi returned to JANŠ in 2007, where he is a partner.
Paul Dinkgreve
Registered Accountant
Paul has been employed as an accountant and consultant in the SME sector since 1987.
He is chairman of SRA in the Netherlands, of which he had already been a board member for 10 years.
Andrea van der Giezen
Chartered Accountant
After a traineeship period with one of the legal predecessors of JANŠ, Andrea worked in Deloitte's audit practice for three years. Andrea has been working at JANŠ as an accountant since 2000 in the small and mid-sized business practice. She is also the compliance officer of JANŠ.
Jack Groesbeek
Economist with specialisations in taxes and civil law
Jack has been a tax consultant since 1978, and has worked independently since 1986, advising entrepreneurs in a profession or (family-owned) business, but also high-net-worth individuals.
Ad Hendriksen
Accounting consultant (with certification authority)
Since 1983 he has worked as an accountant. After spending more than 3 years in the audit practice of Price Waterhouse, he built up the medium and small-scale business practice at Pricewaterhouse Coopers for 12 years, the last 8 of which as a partner.
Roland Hoekstra
Accountant/Administration Consultant (certified) and member of the Dutch Tax Consultants Association
Roland has been working for five years in the Dutch and international auditor s practice of Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte) and has been working as an accounting consultant in the SME sector since 1995. Roland specialises in mergers & acquisitions, company valuations and financing.

Koos Oomen
Accountant/Administration Consultant (certified)
Koos has been working as an accountant in the SME sector since 1995. In 2006, he joined JANŠ s legal predecessor as a partner.

Worked at Coopers and Lybrand for 3 years and since 1988 he has worked as an accountant and adviser in the small and mid-sized business sector.
Paul van Ravenzwaaij
Master of Arts in Pensions and Life Assurance.

Paul has been working in the pension sector since 1990. He started working as a pension consultant and instructor of various pension courses in 1997.
Piet Ruigrok
Accountant Administrative Consultant (authorized to conduct audits and issue opinions)
Piet joined one of JAN© 's legal predecessors as a partner in 1994. As of 1984, he has worked in the accountancy sector as a consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Sander Schilder
Economist with tax specialisation
Sander has been working as an all-round tax consultant and a consultant to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises since1996, initially as an employee and since 2001, as a partner at Groesbeek & Vos Fiscaal-economen. His specialties in the field of consultancy lie in pension legislation (NOPD member) [Netherlands Association of Pension Specialists], reorganisations, estate planning, and all tax/economic facets within the family practice consultancy.
